Abstract
Inovacija je, u gospodarski razvijenom i povezanom društvu, postala ključnim nositeljem razvoja tržišnih aktivnosti. Tvrtke koje prate tehnološke i tržišne promjene zauzimaju najveći dio tržišta. Izazovi s kojima se susreću postaju sve složeniji i tvrtke su pod sve većim pritiskom i potrebom za stalnim inoviranjem. Uz razvoj inovacija pojavljuju se i imitatori koji na razne načine preuzimaju ideje, istraživanja, te proizvode drugih tvrtki i oponašaju ih prilikom proizvodnje proizvoda. Uz takav pristup poslovanju pojavljuje se pitanje može li imitacija biti inovacija i kakva je njihova povezanost. Imitacija se u razvijenom gospodarstvu smatra marginalnom pojavom. Tržišta kojima su imitacije najčešće namijenjene razlikuju se od izvornog tržišta na koje je originalni proizvod bio usmjere. U takvim slučajevima imitator ne nastoji stvoriti savršenu kopiju nego pokušava poboljšati proizvod ili proizvesti djelomičnu imitaciju koja će zadovoljiti potrebe tržišta na koje se usredotočuje. Najbolji primjer zemlje koja je svoj gospodarski razvoj ostvarila na temelju imitacija je Kina. Činjenica koja postaje predmet mnogih istraživanja je može li se dogoditi promjena u kineskom gospodarstvu koja će umjesto imitacija donijeti razvoj inovacija i kako će to utjecati na njihov daljnji razvoj i tržišnu poziciju.
Abstract (english)
In an economically developed and integrated society, innovation has become a key driver in the development of market activities. Companies that follow technological and market changes take up most of the market. The challenges they face are becoming more complex and companies are under increasing pressure and the need to constantly innovate. In addition to the development of innovations, there are imitators who, in various ways, take over ideas, research, and products from other companies and imitate them when producing products. With such an approach to business, the question arises as to whether imitation can be an innovation and what is their connection. Imitation is considered a marginal phenomenon in the developed economy. The markets most often targeted at imitation are different from the original market to which the original product was directed. In such cases, the imitator does not seek to create the perfect copy, but rather tries to improve the product or produce a partial imitation that will meet the needs of the market it focuses on. The best example of a country that has made its economic development through imitation is China. The fact that becomes the subject of many researches is whether a change can occur in the Chinese economy that will lead to the development of innovation instead of imitation, and how it will affect their further development and market position.
