Abstract
Porezni sustav je institucionalni oblik svake države. Ne postoje dvije države sa istim poreznim sustavom. Porezni sustav Republike Hrvatske je pluralan sustav, moderan i usklađen sa smjernicama Europske unije. Sastoji se od državnih poreza, županijskih, gradskih ili općinskih, zajedničkih poreza, poreza na dobitke od igara na sreću. U ovom radu su detaljno razrađeni porezni oblici. Točnije, promatrani su: porez na dohodak, porez na dobit, porez na dodanu vrijednost, trošarine i porez na promet nekretnina. Također, porezi su doveli do značajnih promjena u poreznom sustavu koje su utjecale na razvoj i funkcioniranje gospodarstva u cjelini.
Abstract (english)
The tax system is an institutional form of every state. There are no two countries with the same tax system. The tax system of the Republic of Croatia is a pluralistic system, modern and in line with EU guidelines. It consists of state taxes, county, city or municipal, community taxes, gambling tax. This paper elaborates on tax forms. More specifically, the following were observed: income tax, income tax, value added tax, excise duties and real estate sales tax. Also, taxes have led to significant changes in the tax system that have affected the development and functioning of the economy as a whole.
