Abstract
U ovom radu govorit će se o koracima u razvoju novih proizvoda poduzeća Badel 1862 od generiranja i odabira ideje, razvoja i testiranja proizvoda, poslovnoj analizi, razvoju proizvoda, testiranju tržišta i komercijalizaciji. U svrhu boljeg razumijevanja rada, teorijski je objašnjena svaka faza razvoja novog proizvoda zasebno, od generiranja ideje pa do komercijalizacije. Poduzeće do ideja dolazi posjećivanjem svjetskih sajmova, praćenjem međunarodnih magazina, prikupljanjem ideja zaposlenika, kupaca i slično. Ideje pristižu odsvuda. Projektni menadžer sa svojim sastavnim timom kolega vodi razvoj i realizaciju uvođenja novog proizvoda te poslovnom analizom utvrđuju isplativost razvoj proizvoda. Kada je ideja o novom proizvodu utvrđena i tehnički izvodiva, pokreće se proizvodnja. Testiranjem tržišta utvrđuje se postoji li potražnja za tim proizvodom i ako postoji, poduzeće lansira proizvod na tržište.
Abstract (english)
This paper will discuss the steps in developing new Badel 1862 products, from generating and selecting ideas, product development and testing, business analysis, product development, market testing and commercialization. For better understanding of the work, each stage - from idea generation to product commercialization - is theoretically explained. The company gets their ideas from participating in international fairs, reading international magazines, communicating with employees and buyers. Ideas are coming from everywhere. Project manager with its constituent team of colleagues leads development and realization of introduction of new product. The business analysis determines the cost-effectiveness of product development. When the idea of a new product is established and technically possible to perform it, the production of the product is initiated. By testing the market, they determine whether there exists a demand for this product, and if there is a demand, company launches the product on the market
