Abstract | Tijekom života ljudi mijenjaju svoje navike, uvode promjene i novitete u svoj život. Isto
vrijedi i s organizacijama.
Upravo o njima ovisi
uspješnost tih inovacija i promjena. Ponekad se dogodi da zaposlenicima padne motivacija,
smanji im se produktivnost i zbog toga ih je potrebno poticati. Najčešći je način poticanja
zaposlenika na rad nagrađivanjem. Većina ljudi pod nagrađivanjem podrazumijeva
nagrađivanje novcem, u obliku povišice, povlastica i sl. Istraživanja pak pokazuju da veću
motiviranost potiču nematerijalne nagrade, poput dionica, javnih priznanja, plaća u naturi i sl.
okoline.
upravo tim trendovima. |
Abstract (english) | Over the course of their lives, people change their habits, implement changes and introduce
novelties into their lifestyle. The same holds true for organizations. Life without change and
innovation would become boring, and in the same way, the work within an organization
would become monotonous. All of this affects the business performance of organizations.
People, i.e. employees, are among the key drivers of innovation and change. The success of
these innovations and changes depends precisely on them. Occasionally, the employees
motivation and productivity levels decrease and therefore need to be fostered. The most
common way of stimulating the work of employees is by using rewards. For most people,
rewards imply remuneration, be it in the form of pay raises, benefits, etc. However, studies
show that non-monetary rewards, such as stocks, public recognition, payments in kind, etc.
have a greater impact on motivation. The impact provided by rewards can also be achieved
through punishment. In addition to addressing the lack of motivation, stimulating innovation
and change are necessary for maintaining a competitive advantage and environment. By
introducing novelties and changes into organizations, the products and services offered by
these organizations become more attractive for consumers. At a time when a large number of
similar or identical products are being offered on the market, it is crucial to be the frontrunner and to be different. On the other hand, it is the environment that sets the trends, and it
is up to the organizations to adapt their climate and organizational culture to these exact
trends. |
