Abstract
U ovom završnom radu naglasak je na samom procesu uočavanja poslovnih prilika. Teoretski je obrađen proces uočavanja poslovne prilike, krenuvši od usporedbe poslovne ideje i poslovne prilike. Objašnjava se kako na najbolji mogući način riješiti dani problem, s kojim se trendovima suočava poduzeće te koji su nedostatci na tržištu. Ključan model u ovom radu je Greenov model kroz koji se dolazi do informacija o poduzetničkim osobinama, ponašanju, stanju na tržištu, konkurenciji. Sam zaključak teoretskog dijela je Timmonsov model 4 sidra koji kroz odgovore na pitanja daje zaključak je li poslovna ideja i poslovna prilika. U praktičnom dijelu rada ,kroz Greenov model, provukla se poslovna ideja, uvidjele su se praznine na tržištu, strah od konkurencije, ispitala se valjanost poduzetničke ideje kroz Timmonsov model 4 sidra. Ideja koja se obrađivala u empirijskom dijelu je koncept ruralnog coworking prostora u Slavoniji i Baranji. U zaključku se sumira cijeli rad te se donosi odluka je li poslovna ideja ujedno i poslovna prilika te koliko je zapravo važan Greenov model pri analizi prilike.
Abstract (english)
In this final paper, highlight is on the very process of spotting business opportunity. The process of spotting business opportunity is theoretically addressed, starting from the comparison of business idea and business opportunity. It explains how to solve a given problem in the best way, what trends the company is facing and what are shortcomings in the market. The key model in this paper is Green's model which gives information about entrepreneurial traits, behavior, market condition and competition. The conclusion of the theoretical part is Timmon's model, which, through the answers to the questions, gives a conclusion as to whether is a business idea also a business opportunity. In the practical part of this paper through Green's model, the business idea came through, gaps in the market were revealed, fear of competition, the validity of the entrepreneurial idea was examined thorough Timmons model. The idea discussed in the imperial part is the concept of rural co-working space in Slavonija and Baranja. The conclusion summarizes all the paper and the decision is made as to whether the business idea is also a business opportunity and how's Green's model important when analyzing the opportunity.
