Abstract
Istraživanje tržišta je kao standardizirani postupak u kojem se na točno definiran način prikupljaju, obrađuju, analiziraju i interpretiraju podatci kako bi se dobile informacije potrebne za poslovno odlučivanje i rješavanje poslovnih problema. Otkup potraživanja je poseban oblik kratkoročnog financiranja u domaćoj i međunarodnoj trgovini. Predstavlja proces ugovorne prodaje nedospjelih (u nekim situacijama i dospjelih) potraživanja putem specijalizirane financijske organizacije koja se u tom pravnom poslu naziva faktor. Faktoring kao alternativni oblik financiranja najčešće koriste brzorastuća poduzeća koja bez kreditnog zaduživanja žele financirati svoju tekuću likvidnost, upravljati svojim financijskim tokom i podići kreditni rejting. Faktoring s obzirom na svoja obilježja može biti: tuzemni ili inozemni te regresni ili bezregresni. Pružati usluge faktoringa u Republici Hrvatskoj mogu: faktoring društva sa sjedištem u Republici Hrvatskoj, faktoring društva iz druge države članice i podružnice faktoring društva iz trećih zemalja. Prije upisa u sudski registar faktoring društva moraju dobiti odobrenje za pružanje usluge faktoringa od Hrvatske agencije za nadzor financijskih usluga (HANFE).
Abstract (english)
Market research is a standardized process that collects, processes, analyses, and interprets data in a precisely defined manner and obtains the information necessary for business decision making and business problem solving. The purchase of receivables is a special form of short-term financing in domestic and international trade. It represents a process of contractual sales of undue (in some cases due) receivables through a specialized financial organization that is called a factor in that legal transaction. Factoring as an alternative form of financing is most commonly used by fastgrowing companies that want to finance their liquidity, manage their financial flows and raise their credit ratings without credit borrowing. Factoring in terms of its features can be domestic and foreign and with and without recourse. In the Republic of Croatia, factoring services can be provided by: factoring companies registered in the Republic of Croatia, factoring companies from other member states and branch offices of factoring companies from third countries. Prior to the registration in the court register, factoring companies must obtain approval for providing factoring services from the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (HANFA).
