Abstract
Poduzetništvo se definira kao djelatnost poduzetnika koja je usmjerena na pokretanje, organiziranje i inoviranje poslovnih aktivnosti poduzeća, a sve to s ciljem stvaranja novog tržišta i novih potrošača. Sastavni dio poduzetništva kao teorije i društvene prakse je upravo sposobnost uvođenja inovacija, ulaganja svih raspoloživih resursa i širenja na nova tržišta proizvoda i usluga. Gotovo sve svjetske ekonomije od poduzetništva očekuju rješenje jednog od najvećih problema s kojim se suočavaju zemlje u tranziciji, ali i razvijene zemlje, a to je problem visoke stope nezaposlenosti. Poduzetništvo danas predstavlja glavnu pokretačku snagu ekonomskog razvoja. Danas je cijela društvena zajednica pod snažnim utjecajem globalizacije i tehnološke revolucije koja je promijenila svijet. Tradicionalna ekonomija poprimila je koncept nove ekonomije, čiji su osnovne odrednice globalizacija, izražena primjena informatičke tehnologije kao i druge značajne strukturalne promjene. Jedine osobe koje mogu provesti promjene su poduzetnici, poslovni ljudi s izvanrednim sposobnostima i vještinama. Kako se društvo i ekonomija mijenja svakim danom, tako i poduzetnici razvijaju svoje sposobnosti i vještine koje su im potrebne za savladavanje svih dosadašnjih i budućih izazova.
Abstract (english)
Entrepreneurship is defined as a contractor ´s activity aimed to initiate, organize and inovate business activity in order to set up a new market and customers. Crucial factor of entrepreneurship as a theory and social usage is exactly ability to introduce inovations, investment of all available facilities and expanding to new market products and services. What almost all world economies expect of business is to solve one of the biggest problems which countries in transition and well developed countries are facing with. It is high rate of unemployment. Enterprises today is the main driving force of economic development. Today is an entire society strongly influenced by globalization and technological revolution. Traditional economics has taken the concept of the new economy. These concept of new economy is characterized by globalization, more intensive use of information technology and other important structural changes. The only people who can carry out changes are entrepreneurs , business people with extraordinary abilities and skills . As society and economy changes every day , entrepreneurs also develop their capabilities and skills, which they need to overcome all past and future challenges .
