Abstract
Međunarodna logistika označava kretanja koja prelaze nacionalne granice. Međunarodni transporti uključuju kretanja brodom, kamionom ili nekim drugim transportnim sredstvom. Lokalna tržišta su uvelike zasićena te zbog toga mnogi poslovni subjekti razmišljaju o širenju putem međunarodnog poslovanja. Važnost međunarodnog logističkog poslovanja je u tome što se ulazi na novo tržište te se poslovni subjekt na taj način širi. Moguće je ponuditi proizvod koji trenutno nije dostupan na tržištu u koje se ulazi te ono povećava profitabilnost i jača ekonomiju zemlje. Kako bi međunarodno logističko poslovanje bilo uspješno, potrebno je mnoge faktore pomno sagledati te odlučiti hoće li izlazak na međunarodno tržište biti uspješan. Prilikom istraživanja privlačnosti ulaska na određeno tržište, poslovni subjekt mora uzeti u obzir vanjsko i unutrašnje okruženje. Postupak se pojednostavljuje uz pomoć PEST i SWOT analize iz razloga što daju uvid u glavne probleme okruženja i poslovnog subjekta. Zbog važnosti teme, te mogućnosti pristupa podataka u poslovnom subjektu izabrana je upravo tema međunarodnog logističkog poslovanja poslovnog subjekta Müller. U ovom diplomskom radu prikazani su teoretski aspekti međunarodnog logističkog poslovanja, njegovog okruženja, transporta i logističkih strategija. Također, dat će se prikaz poslovanja poslovnog subjekta Müller. Na kraju rada dani su prijedlozi za unapređenje poslovanja poslovnog subjekta.
Abstract (english)
International logistics signify movements that cross national borders. International transport includes movements by ship, truck or other means of transport. Local markets are heavily saturated, which is why many businesses are considering expanding through international business. The importance of international business logistics is in entering new market and expanding business. It is possible to offer a product that isn't currently available in the entering market and that increases profitability and strengthens the country's economy. In order for international logistics to be successful, it is needed to consider many factors. When exploring the appeal of entering a particular market, a business entity must consider the external and internal environment. The process is simplified with the help of PEST and SWOT analysis because they give the insight into the main problems of the business entity. Due to importance of the topis and the possibility of access to data in the business entity, the subject of international logistics business of Müller has been chosen. In this graduate paper are presented theoretical aspects of international logistics business, his su environment, transportation and logistic strategies. As well, it will be given review of business entity Müller. Suggestions for improving business are given through e-business and other suggestions.
