Abstract
Cilj istraživanja u ovom radu je prije svega na koji način se etika isprepliće s poslovanjem poduzeća i koje osobine menadžer treba imati kako bi bio etičan, a ujedno i profesionalan. . Etika je danas u suvremenim uvjetima vrlo važan dio poslovne prakse i preduvjet uspješnog poslovanja. Ona se odnosi kako na unutarnje, tako i na vanjsko okruženje. Svaka organizacija da bi djelovala etično mora se pridržavati zakonitosti i etičkih kodeksa. Svaki menadžer se ponekad susreće s različitim dilemama prilikom donošenja odluka, on mora voditi računa da li te odluke utječu na profitabilnost poduzeća, da li su etične i pravedne. U današnje vrijeme prisutnost korupcije je velika, kako u društvenom tako i u poslovnom svijetu. Treba znati pronaći način na koji će se menadžer oduprijeti i donijeti pravilne odluke kako bi ostvario cilj. Treba voditi računa i o društveno odgovornom poslovanju, treba biti primjer svojim podređenima kako bi se i oni nastojali međusobno ponašati etički. Kvalitetan menadžer ima mnogo osobina koje treba ukomponirati i uskladiti kako bi za organizaciju ostvario dobit, a pri tome provodio etičko ponašanje.
Abstract (english)
The aim of the research in this paper is first and foremost how ethics is intertwined with the business of the company and what qualities a manager needs to have in order to be ethical and also professional. . Ethics is nowadays a very important part of business practice and a precondition for successful business. It applies to both internal and external environments. In order to act ethically, every organization must adhere to the laws and codes of ethics. Every manager sometimes faces different dilemmas when making decisions, he or she must consider whether those decisions affect the profitability of the company, whether they are ethical and fair. Today, the presence of corruption is high, both in the social and business world. One needs to know how to resist and make the right decisions to achieve the goal.5 Corporate social responsibility should also be taken into account, an example should be given to their subordinates so that they too may seek to conduct themselves ethically. A quality manager has many qualities that need to be combined and aligned in order to make a profit for the organization while implementing ethical behavior.
