Abstract
Sve većom globalizacijom svijet postaje integriranije mjesto. Ljudi su povezaniji, pristupačniji i komunikativniji. Stupanj razvijenosti gospodarstva se uzima kao ukupnost pojedinačnih pokazatelja razvijenosti između kojih je BDP, inflacija, nezaposlenost, strana ulaganja, uvoz i izvoz države te inozemni dug. Otvorenost gospodarstva kao produkt globalizacije pomaže zemljama u boljoj povezanosti s inozemnim partnerima. Kvalitetni ekonomski odnosi su bitni za sve zemlje, posebice za zemlje u razvoju kao što je Hrvatska. Kroz odnose s inozemstvom, zemlja razvija inteligenciju u kojoj promatra tuđi razvoj i pokušava mane koje je uočila, ispraviti i razviti se najbolje što može. Platna bilanca daje prikaz tokova dobara, usluga, rada i kapitala između jedne države i ostatka svijeta. Sve transakcije koje se odvijaju, bit će prikazane u platnoj bilanci. Bitna odrednica za svaku zemlju su inozemna ulaganja. Utjecaj investicija na platnu bilancu, na proračun same države i na rast iste. Privlačenje stranih ulaganja olakšava se brojnim politikama koje preferiraju porezne olakšice i slično kako bi pridonijele atraktivnosti zemlje stranim investitorima. Države danas se susreću s brojnim problemima uvjetovanih virusom COVID-19, te utjecaj istog virusa na gospodarstvo Republike Hrvatske.
Abstract (english)
With increasing globalization, the world is becoming a more integrated place. People are more connected, more accessible and more communicative. The degree of development of the economy is taken as the totality of individual indicators of development, including GDP, inflation, unemployment, foreign investment, government imports and exports, and external debt. The openness of the economy as a product of globalization helps countries to better connect with foreign partners. Quality economic relations are important for all countries, especially for developing countries such as Croatia. Through relations with foreign countries, the country develops intelligence in which it observes other people's development and tries to correct, correct and develop the shortcomings it has noticed. The balance of payments gives an account of the actual state of the state. An important determinant for any country is foreign investment. The impact of investments on the balance of payments, on the state budget itself and on its growth. Attracting foreign investment is facilitated by a number of policies that prefer tax breaks and the like to contribute to the attractiveness of the country to foreign investors. Today, countries are facing numerous problems caused by the COVID-19 virus, and the impact of the same virus on the economy of the Republic of Croatia.
