Abstract
Uloga neprofitnih organizacija u izgradnji šire društvene zajednice poprilično je velika, zbog čega računovodstveni informacijski sustavi te informacijski sustavi imaju također veliku važnost. Računovodstveni informacijski sustav definiran je kao poseban informacijski sustav namijenjen prikupljanju, obradi i generiranju financijskih informacija te kao takav ovisi o raspoloživom institucionalnom okviru. Zakoni, uredbe i pravilnici koji čine institucionalni okvir usmjeravaju način na koji će računovodstveni informacijski sustav, kao i informacijski sustav, biti organizirani, zbog čega je od iznimne važnosti pratiti zakonske izmjene te biti u skladu s istima. Brojnim izmjenama zakona prethodnih godina zakonodavstvo Republike Hrvatske nastoji usmjeriti neprofitne organizacije transparentnom i javnom djelovanju, gdje ključnu ulogu ima obveza financijskog izvještavanja, što je vidljivo i na primjeru neprofitne organizacije AIESEC.
Abstract (english)
The role of nonprofit organizations in the development of society is resounding, which is the reason why accounting information systems and information systems are important. An accounting information system is defined as a special information system built to gather, process, and generate financial information and with that said it depends on the institutional framework. Laws, regulations, and policies that create an institutional framework direct the way accounting information systems, as well as information systems, will be organized, which is the reason why it is important to follow and align with law changes. In recent years, legislative bodies of Republic of Croatia have made many changes to guide nonprofit organizations towards transparency, with financial reporting having the key role which is visible in the example of nonprofit association AIESEC.
