Abstract
Rad i interakcija s ljudima je nešto što u životu ne možemo izbjeći. Brojne životne lekcije i „aha“ trenutci događaju se kada smo angažirani i komuniciramo s drugima. U francuskom jeziku često se koristi izraz „esprit de corps“ da bi se opisao timski rad i naglasio osjećaj jedinstva, entuzijazam za zajedničke interese i odgovornosti koje su razvijene među skupinom osoba usko povezanih u nekom zadatku ili cilju. U današnjem poslovnom svijetu uloga tima dolazi do izražaja, te zbog toga podjele u radu postaju sve manje i manje. Zahvaljujući tome organizacijske strukture postaju plitke što uvelike utječe na uspješnost poslovanja. Mišljenje mnogih autora na temu timskog rada je da ostvarivanje organizacijske izvrsnosti uvelike utječe o efikasnosti i efektivnosti. Predmet istraživanja ovog rada je kadroviranje poslovnog subjekta i uloga tima u istom.
Abstract (english)
Working and interacting with people is something that can't be avoided in life. Numerous life lessons and „aha“ moments happen when we interact with others. In French language there is a term „esperit de corps“ that is often used to describe teamwork and a sense of unity, enthusiasm for shared interests and responsibility that is developed between groups of individuals closely linked to a task or goal. In today's business world, the role of teams is becoming more prominent, which is why the divisions in work are becoming smaller and smaller. As a result, organizational structures become shallow, which greatly affect business performance. The opinion of many authors on the topic of teamwork was the achievement of organizational excellence that greatly influenced efficiency and effectiveness. The subject of this paper is the research of staffing of business entities and the role of the team.
