Abstract
Tema završnog rada je upravljanje lancem nabave te primjer upravljanja lancem nabave u poduzeću Voestalpine HPM Zagreb koja je specijalizirana za tehnološki zahtjevne postupke obrade materijala. U radu su objašnjeni pojam i poslovna funkcija nabave , povezanost logistike s nabavom i lancem nabave te upravljanje lancem nabave. Nabavna funkcija u poduzećima pruža velik značaj za cjelokupno poslovanje. Provedba nabavnih procesa te kupovina materijala, opreme i sličnih elemenata je od ključne važnosti za poslovanje poduzeća i ispunjavanje ključnih ciljeva. Upravljanje lancem opskrbe obuhvaća planiranje i upravljanje svim aktivnostima uključenim u nabavu kao i svim aktivnostima uključenim u upravljanje logistikom. Ono što je također važno, uključuje i koordinaciju i suradnju s partnerima u distribucijskom kanalu kao što su dobavljači, posrednici, pružatelji usluga trećih strana i kupci. U osnovi upravljanje lancem opskrbe integrira upravljanje ponudom i potražnjom unutar i izvan poduzeća. Upravljanje lancem opskrbe s ciljem koordinacije svih dijelova od opskrbe sirovinama do isporuke proizvoda pokušava smanjiti ukupne troškove u odnosu na konkurente u opskrbnom lancu. Upravljanje lancem dobavljača je pristup koji uključuje upravljanje kretanjem sirovina u organizaciji, preradu materijala u gotov proizvod unutar poduzeća te kretanje gotovih proizvoda iz organizacije do krajnjeg potrošača. Kako bi se lakše shvatio sam pojam, svrha i ciljevi upravljanja lancem nabave i nabava u radu je dan primjer stvarnog poduzeća Voestalpine HPM Zagreb.
Abstract (english)
The topic of the final paper is supply chain management and the example of supply chain management in the company Voestalpine HPM Zagreb, which specializes in technologically demanding material processing procedures. The paper explains the concept and business function of procurement, the connection of logistics with procurement and the supply chain and supply chain management. The purchasing function in companies provides great importance for the entire business. The implementation of procurement processes and the purchase of materials, equipment and the key importance for the company's operations and the fulfillment of key goals. Supply chain management is the integrated process-oriented planning and control of the flow of goods, information and money across the entire value and supply chain from the customer to the raw material supplier. Supply-chain management, techniques with the aim of coordinating all parts of SC from supplying raw materials to delivering and/or resumption of products, tries to minimize total costs with respect to existing conflicts among the chain partners. Supply-chain management is a cross-functional approach that includes managing the movement of raw materials into an organization, certain aspects of the internal processing of materials into finished goods, and the movement of finished goods out of the organization and toward the end consumer. In order to better understand the concept, purpose and goals of supply chain management and procurement in the work is given an example of a real company Voestalpine HPM Zagreb.
