Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu će se spomenuti povijesni razvoj novca i financija te pojam i podjela financijskih tržišta. Dodatno će se pojasniti temeljni financijski izvještaji s posebnim naglaskom na bilancu i račun dobiti i gubitka, te struktura poduzeća, odnosno njegova imovina. Spomenuti će se i izvori financiranja poduzeća, a to su sve pravne i fizičke osobe od kojih dioničko društvo ili drugi oblik poduzeća može pribavljati sredstva za uspješno poslovanje. Vezano uz to, prikazati će se oblici financiranja poduzeća, od kojih se posebno izdvaja financiranje prema vlasništvu. Financiranje prema vlasništvu uključuje vlastito financiranje i tuđe financiranje na kojemu se ovaj rad i temelji. Osim toga, postoji i financiranje prema porijeklu, prema rokovima i prema obvezi vraćanja. U svom nastavku, rad će dodatno istražiti i vrste financijskih pokazatelja te svaki pobliže objasniti. Navedeno uključuje pokazatelje zaduženosti, likvidnosti, aktivnosti, profitabilnosti i investiranja. U posljednjem dijelu ovog rada dodatna važnost pridodati će se poluzi i njezinoj podjeli s posebnim naglaskom na financijsku polugu. Pojasnit će se i sam pojam i stupanj financijske poluge te scenariji njezine upotrebe i rizici koje ona donosi. U konačnici će biti prikazana kombinirana poluga kojom se pokazuje koja je najbolja struktura imovine te koji omjer duga i vlastitog kapitala je najbolje koristiti u poduzeću.
Abstract (english)
In this thesis it will be mentioned historical development of money and finance, and the concept and division of financial markets. Further, it will be explained fundamental financial statements with particular emphasis on the balance sheet, profit and loss account and the structure of the company. There will be mentioned sources of financing companies, which are all physical and legal persons which form a stock company or other form of company and they raise funds for a successful business. In connection with this, there will be shown different forms of financing companies, which will have special emphasis on the ownership. Besides this, there is funding by origin, the terms and the obligation to return. Thesis will further explore the types of financial indicators and explain each. This includes leverage ratio, liquidity ratio, activity ratio, profitability ratio and investment ratio. In the last part of this thesis there will be additional importance attached to the leverage and its division with a special emphasis on financial leverage. There will be explained meaning and degree of financial leverage and scenarios of its use and the risks it brings. Finally, it will be shown combined leverage which shows the best structure of the assets and the debt to equity ratio.
