Abstract
Tim je skupina ljudi koji rješavaju probleme i imaju zajedničke ciljeve. Prednost tima podrazumijeva da se zajedničkim snagama rješavaju problemi i ostvaruju zadaci. Što se tiče samih nedostataka timskog rada oni se najčešće pojavljuju zbog unutrašnjih sukoba ili ne podražavanja ideja samih članova unutar tima. Međutim kada je tim sastavljen od pravih osoba koje znaju kako iznijeti ideje, svoju kreativnost, zauzeti se za sebe, ali i podržati druge članove tima, u tom slučaju tim će odlično funkcionirati i donijeti će vrhunske poslovne rezultate. Takav tim treba poticati na rast i razvoj kroz različite edukacije, kao i edukacije samoga vođe. Članovi tima mogu se proučavati sa više aspekata: kako zajednički iznose ideje, kako donose odluke, stagniraju li ili, pak, kakva im je međusobna komunikacija. O voditelju tima i načinu upravljanja timom ovisi hoće li tim biti uspješan, odnosno hoće li se interakcijom članova tima dogoditi sinergijski efekt. Postoji nekoliko mogućih stilova vođenja samog cilja i vođa tima po prethodnim znanjima i vještinama odabiru stil vođenja. Što se tiče samih zaposlenika, oni se dijele na osobe koje rade u timu i individue. Individue ne treba forsirati i nametati im timski rad, jer najbolje funkcioniraju samostalno. Dok osobe koje se osjećaju sigurno i samouvjereno u timu, iznose svoje najkreativnije ideje.
Abstract (english)
A team is a group of people who solve problems and have common goals. The advantage of the team means that joint efforts solve problems and accomplish tasks. As for the shortcomings of teamwork, they most often appear due to internal conflicts or not imitating the ideas of the members themselves within the team. However, when the team is composed of the right people who know how to present ideas, their creativity, stand up for themselves, but also support other team members, in which case the team will work great and will bring top business results. Such a team should be encouraged to grow and develop through various educations, as well as educations of the leader himself. Team members can be studied from several aspects: how they jointly present ideas, how they make decisions, whether they are stagnant, or how they communicate with each other. It depends on the team leader and the way the team is managed whether the team will be successful, or whether a synergy effect will occur through the interaction of team members. There are several possible leadership styles of the goal itself and team leaders choose the leadership style based on previous knowledge and skills.
