Abstract
Grupno financiranje (eng. Crowdfunding) je način na koji se može prikupiti novac za razne projekte i kampanje. Odvija se putem interneta gdje pojedinci mogu uplaćivati iznose vlasnicima odnosno pokretačima projekta kako bi isti realizirali svoju ideju. Za svaki projekt može se vidjeti koliko je planirano prikupiti i u kojem vremenskom periodu te koliki iznos je prikupljen. Drugo poglavlje završnog rada je fokusirano na životni ciklus poslovnih subjekata, dok su u trećem poglavlju pojašnjeni izvori financiranja dostupni u pojedinim fazama životnog ciklusa poduzeća. Četvrto i peto poglavlje bavi se crowdfundingom kao izvorom financiranja, te prednostima i nedostacima odabira ovog financijskog izvora. U zaključki su iznešena zaključna razmatranja na temu financiranja poslovnih subjekata putem crowdfundinga.
Abstract (english)
Crowdfunding is a way to raise money for various projects and campaigns. It takes place via the Internet, through which individuals can pay certain amounts of money to the owners or initiators of the project in order for them to execute their ideas. For each project we can see the planned amount, the time frame for collection and the amount collected. The second chapter of this bachelor’s thesis focuses on the life cycle of business entities and the third chapter explains the sources of funding available in certain phases of a company’s life cycle. Chapters four and five explain crowdfunding as a source of funding, and list advantages and disadvantages of choosing this source of funding. Finally, closing remarks were made on the topic of financing business entities through crowdfunding in the concluding part of this thesis.
