Abstract
U ovome završnom radu će se pojasniti pojam proizvoda te njegov životni ciklus. Životni ciklus proizvoda se sastoji od četiri faze koje će se pojedinačno pojasniti kako bi se lakše uvidjele i usporedile specifičnosti koje su karakteristične za svaku fazu. Također će se navesti i svi menadžerski izazovi i odluke koje se javljaju prilikom životnog ciklusa proizvoda. Osim analiziranja životnog ciklusa proizvoda, menadžerskih odluka i izazova, prokomentirati će se organizacijska struktura i kultura Vichy laboratorija. Organizacijska kultura i struktura su važan faktor svakog poduzeća koji ih čini jedinstvenima i upečatljivima. Je li poduzeće socijalno i ekološki osviješteno te kakav je odnos prema zaposlenicima? Što je vizija poduzeća, a što misija? Samo su neki od faktora koje će se također definirati u sklopu analize Vichy laboratorija, a koji su od velike važnosti. Identificirati će se te vrednovati glavne menadžerske odluke koje su vezane za upravljanje navedenog proizvoda u svim fazama nastanka proizvoda te ću dati vlastite prijedloge za poboljšanje u upravljanju odabranog proizvoda. Osim definiranja faza u kojima se odabrani proizvod nalazi, spomenut će se menadžerski izazovi s kojima se Vichy menadžment uspješno nosi i s kojima se svakodnevno susreće. Odabrani proizvod je iz linije za njegu lica Vichy Mineral 89.
Abstract (english)
This final paper will explain the concept of the product and its life cycle. The product life cycle consists of four phases that will be clarified individually to make it easier to see and compare the specifics that are characteristic of each phase. All managerial challenges and decisions that occur during the product life cycle will also be listed. In addition to analyzing product lifecycle, managerial decisions, and challenges, the organizational structure and culture of the Vichy Laboratory will be commented on. Organizational culture and structure are an important factor of any company that makes them unique and striking. Is the company socially and environmentally aware and what is the attitude towards employees? What is the vision of the company and what is the mission? These are just some of the factors that will also be defined as part of the Vichy Laboratory analysis, which are of great importance. The main managerial decisions related to the management of this product at all stages of product development will be identified and evaluated, and I will give my own suggestions for improvement in the management of the selected product. In addition to defining the stages in which the selected product is, the managerial challenges that Vichy management successfully copes with and that it faces on a daily basis will be mentioned. The selected product is from the Vichy Mineral 89 facial care line.
