Abstract
Stres i upravljanje vremenom u ovom radu poprimaju drugu dimenziju. Stresom i vremenom je potrebno pravilno upravljati kako bi se zadržao kontinuitet rasta pojedinca. Svrha ovog rada je definirati koliko ljudi prepoznaje simptome stresa, odrediti koji su to simptomi i elementi stresa kod ispitanika, odrediti na koji način se smanjuje izloženost stresa kod ispitanike te odrediti na koji način ispitanici upravljaju vremenom i kako određuju važnost zadataka. Teorijska podloga rada sastoji se od definiranja uzroka i simptoma stresa te tipova i elemenata stresa. Nadalje, teorijski dio rada opisuje upravljanje vremenom i Eisenhowerovu matricu. Istraživanje koje je provedeno za svrhu završnog rada potvrdilo je očekivanja, a istraživanje je pokazalo da je većina ispitanika izložena stresu te da prepoznaju simptome. S druge strane, istraživanje je pokazalo da polovina ispitanika dobro upravlja vremenom i da uspijevaju stvoriti ravnotežu između poslovnog i privatnog života.
Abstract (english)
Stress and time management take on another dimension in this paper. Stress and time need to be managed properly to maintain the continuity of an individual’s growth. The purpose of this paper is to define how many people recognize the symptoms of stress, to determine what are the symptoms and elements of stress in respondents, to determine how to reduce stress exposure in respondents and to determine how respondents manage time and how they determine the importance of tasks. The theoretical basis of the paper consists of defining the causes and symptoms of stress and the types and elements of stress. Furthermore, the theoretical part of the paper describes time management and the Eisenhower matrix. The research conducted for the purpose of the final paper confirmed the expectations, and the research showed that most of the respondents are exposed to stress and that they recognize the symptoms. On the other hand, research has shown that half of the respondents manage time well and manage to create a balance between business and private life.
