Abstract
Cilj svakog poduzeća je stalni rast dobiti. Da bi se postigao cilj dobiti u poduzeće moraju biti zaposleni stručnjaci i talenti. Znanje se danas smatra najvrjednijom imovinom. Ljudski kapital je postao posebni interes, a znanje najvažniji resurs. Zbog stalnih promjena u poslovanju danas se menadžeri ne bave samo planiranjem, organiziranjem i kontroliranjem. Temeljna zadaća im je upravljanje ljudskim resursima kako bi se osigurala konkurentska prednost i opstanak na tržištu. Menadžeri moraju prepoznati i osigurati najsposobnije ljude, talente, stručnjake dodatno ulagati u njih te ih zadržati u poduzeću. Zadatak menadžera je da djelatnici budu dovoljno motivirani i sposobni ostvariti zadatke te imati adekvatnu komunikaciju i timski rad. Cilj je da zaposlenici budu zadovoljni jer tako će se onda ostvariti i sami ciljevi poduzeća. S obzirom da je to kompleksna zadaća malo menadžera može ostvariti ciljeve poduzeća kroz učinkovito upravljanje zaposlenicima. Sami menadžeri moraju imati dovoljno znanja, sposobnosti i vještina da uspješno ostvare zadane ciljeve. Vođenje ljudi postaje jedan od najvažnijih trendova nove ekonomije.
Abstract (english)
The goal of every business is to constantly grow profits. To achieve the goal of profit in the company must be staffed with experts and talents. Knowledge is nowadays considered the most valuable asset. Human capital has become a particular interest and knowledge the most important resource. Because of the constant changes in business, managers today are not only concerned with planning, organizing and controlling. Their core task is to manage their human resources in order to ensure competitive advantage and market survival. Managers need to recognize and secure the most capable people, talents, professionals to invest in them and retain them in the company. The task of the manager is to make the employees sufficiently motivated and able to accomplish the tasks and have adequate communication and teamwork. The goal is to keep employees happy, as this will also achieve the company's goals. Given that this is a complex task, few managers can achieve the goals of the company through effective employee management. Managers themselves must have sufficient knowledge, ability and skills to successfully achieve their goals. Leadership has become one of the most important trend economies.
