Abstract
Pod utjecajem globalizacije i razvoja informacijsko-komunikacijskih tehnologija ubrzano se razvija IT sektor koji je temeljno strateško sredstvo na tržištu rada. Razvojem IT sektora dolazi do potražnje za stručnim kadrom u IT sektoru, a ova inovacija omogućila je brojnim poduzećima uspješne rezultate i lakše poslovanje. U Republici Hrvatskoj pojam IT sektora prvi put se pojavljuje početkom 21. stoljeća, a do danas informacijsko-komunikacijska tehnologija postala je sastavni dio svakog poslovanja. Na razini Republike Hrvatske postoje dvije velike uspješne implementacije IT-a, a to su e-uprava i e-Građanin. Razvojem ovih sustava smanjeno je čekanje redova, olakšan posao službenicima a građani su postali zadovoljniji jer sve dokumente koji su im potrebni mogu dobiti besplatno prijavom u sustav eGrađani.
Abstract (english)
Under the influence of globalization and the development of information and communication technology, the IT sector is rapidly developing, which is a fundamental strategic tool in the labor market. With the development of the IT sector, there is a demand for professional staff in the IT sector, and this innovation has enabled many companies successful results and easier business. In the Republic of Croatia, the concept of the IT sector first appears at the beginning of the 21st century, and to this day information and communication technology has become an integral part of every business. At the level of the Republic of Croatia, there are two major successful IT implementations, namely e-government and e-Citizen. With the development of these systems, queuing has been reduced, the work of officials has been made easier and citizens have become more satisfied because all the documents they need can be obtained free of charge by registering in the e-Citizens system.
