Abstract
Kako bi poduzeće ostvarilo svoj cilj, a to je maksimizacija dobiti, što utječe na kasnije investicije u proizvodnju, poput dodatnih postrojenja, proširenja postojećih, tehnološki napredak i tako dalje, poduzeće mora svoju trenutnu proizvodnju optimizirati. Optimizirati proizvodnju znači odrediti najbolji omjer uloženih resursa kako bi se ostvarili što bolji rezultati. Kako bi odredili koji je to najbolji omjer uloženih resursa poduzeće se koristi analizom proizvodnje, kroz analizu proizvodne funkcije, analizu troškova te analizu prihoda kroz ukupne, prosječne i granične vrijednosti. Poduzeće također pomoću diferencijalnog računa, odnosno kroz prvu i drugu derivaciju mogu odrediti koji su maksimum i minimum proizvodne funkcije. Tehnike optimizacije koje se koriste za ostvarenje prvotnog cilja, što je maksimiziranje dobiti su: maksimizacija profita putem ukupnih prihoda i ukupnih troškova te analizom graničnih vrijednosti. Tehnika optimizacije putem ukupnih prihoda i troškova uzima zbroj prihoda ostvarenih od prodaje te od njih oduzima ukupne troškove te traži omjer inputa koji ostvaruje najveći profit. Tehnika optimizacije putem analize graničnih vrijednosti kaže da bi poduzeće trebalo povećavati proizvodnju dok god krivulja graničnih prihoda nadmašuje krivulju graničnih rashoda.
Abstract (english)
In order for a company to achieve its goal, which is to maximize profits, which affects subsequent investments in production, such as additional subsidiary, expansion of existing ones, technological advances and so on, the company must optimize its current production. Optimizing production means determining the best ratio of invested resources in order to achieve the best possible results. In order to determine the best ratio of invested resources, the company uses production analysis, through the analysis of the production function, cost analysis and revenue analysis through total, average and threshold values. The company can also use the differential calculus, through the first and second derivation, to determine the maximum and minimum production functions. The optimization techniques used to achieve the original goal, which is profit maximization, are: profit maximization through total income and total outcome, and margine value analysis. The technique of optimization through total revenues and costs takes the sum of revenues generated from sales and subtracts the total costs from them and looks for the ratio of inputs that make the highest profit. The optimization technique through the analysis of marginal values say that the company should increase production as long as the marginal revenue curve exceeds the marginal expenditure curve.
