Abstract
Turistička ponuda danas je izuzetno velika, a turistička industrija izuzetno je razvijena. S obzirom na ponudu turističkih destinacija u svijetu turisti moraju kontinuirano pratiti što se događa na turističkom tržištu, a turističke destinacije moraju kontinuirano širiti svoju ponudu. Turističke zajednice su neprofitne i sve što rade treba biti za opće dobro zajednice u kojoj djeluju. Osnivaju se s ciljem povezivanja sudionika na turističkom tržištu neke turističke destinacije, razvoja ... More turističke ponude turističke destinacije te promoviranja turističke destinacije. Hrvatska je poznata turistička destinacija i ima razvijen sustav turističkih zajednica koji obuhvaća lokalne turističke zajednice, regionalne turističke zajednice, Turističku zajednicu Grada Zagreba i Hrvatsku turističku zajednicu. Na području Osječko-baranjske županije aktivno djeluje regionalna turistička zajednica - Turistička zajednica Osječko-baranjske županije. Jedan od načina na koje turističke zajednice doprinose razvoju turističke destinacije i privlače turiste da posjete određenu turističku destinaciju je komunikacija putem interneta. Većina komunikacije koju turističke zajednice danas prakticiraju s turistima odvija se putem interneta, tj. web stranica, društvenih mreža i oglasa na internetu. Turistička zajednica Osječko-baranjske županije unazad nekoliko godina aktivno radi stvaranju novog identiteta „Visit Slavonija i Baranja“ i u online i u fizičkom svijetu. U tome je i više nego uspješna, a rezultati su vidljivi u tome što Osječko-baranjska županija iz godine u godinu privlači sve više turista zahvaljujući raznolikoj ponudi koju kontinuirano nadopunjuje i uspješno promovira putem interneta. Abstract (english)
The tourist offer today is extremely large, and the tourist industry is extremely developed. Given the offer of tourist destinations in the world, tourists must continuously monitor what is happening in the tourist market, and tourist destinations must continuously expand their offer. Tourist boards are non-profit and everything they do should be for the common good of the community in which they operate. They are established with the aim of connecting participants in the tourist... More market of a tourist destination, developing the tourist offer of a tourist destination and promoting a tourist destination. Croatia is a well-known tourist destination and has a developed system of tourist boards, which includes local tourist boards, regional tourist boards, the Tourist Board of the City of Zagreb and the Croatian Tourist Board. In the area of Osijek-Baranja County, the regional tourist board - the Tourist Board of Osijek-Baranja County - is active. One of the ways in which tourist communities contribute to the development of a tourist destination and attract tourists to visit a particular tourist destination is communication via the Internet. Most of the communication that tourist communities practice with tourists today takes place via the internet, i.e. websites, social networks and online advertisements. For several years now, the Osijek-Baranja County Tourist Board has been actively working to create a new identity "Visit Slavonia and Baranja" both online and in the physical world. It is more than successful in that, and the results are visible in the fact that Osijek-Baranja County attracts more and more tourists every year thanks to the diverse offer that it continuously supplements and successfully promotes via the Internet.
