Abstract
Potrošači su u suvremenim uvjetima izloženi brojnim rizicima. Ti rizici proizlaze iz zlonamjernog informiranja do drugih vrsta prevara. Zaštita potrošača je područje koje se bavi zaštitom osnovnih prava građana u ulozi potrošača u različitim poslovima u kojima kupuju proizvode i usluge na tržištu. Prava potrošača regulirana su pripadnim zakonskim odredbama u kojima je regulirano pošteno tržišno natjecanje. Zakon o potrošačima je oblikovan kako bi se zaštitilo potrošače od nepoštene i agresivne poslovne prakse te kako bi zaštitilo od nelojalne konkurencije one tvrtke koje prema potrošačima posluju pošteno.
Abstract (english)
Consumers are exposed to numerous risks in modern conditions. These risks stem from malicious information to other types of fraud. Consumer protection is an area that deals with the protection of basic rights of citizens in the role of consumers in various businesses in which they buy products and services on the market. Consumer rights are regulated by the relevant legal provisions which regulate fair competition. The Consumer Act was designed to protect consumers from unfair and aggressive business practices and to protect those companies that do business fairly from unfair competition. In this topic.
