| Abstract | Ponašanje potrošača je disciplina koja se stalno mijenja te je potrebno njeno stalno
proučavanje. Da bi potrošač zadovoljio svoje potrebe i želje mora donositi odluke. Na te
odluke utječu određeni čimbenici. Čimbenike dijelimo na kulturne, osobne, psihološke i
društvene. Društvene čimbenike dijelimo na referentne skupine, obitelj, uloge i statuse.
Kulturni čimbenici su kulturu, supkulturu i društveni sloj. U osobne čimbenike pripadaju dob
i faza životnog ciklusa, zanimanje, ekonomske okolnosti, način života, osobnost i predodžba o
samom sebi. U psihološke čimbenike ubrajamo motivaciju, percepciju, učenje, uvjerenja i
stavove. Stručnjaci u marketingu uvelike ulažu velike napore kako bi potrošačima ponudili
veći izbor proizvoda i usluga kako bi zadovoljili svoje potrebe i želje. Proces donošenja
odluka događa se u 5 faza: spoznaja problema, traženje informacija, procjena alternativa,
odluka o kupovini i poslijekupovno ponašanje.
Obiteljska poljoprivredna gospodarstva (u daljnjem tekstu OPG) definira su zakonom kojim
se utvrđuje obavljanje gospodarskih djelatnosti vezane za poljoprivredu i s njom povezanih
djelatnosti. Djelovanje obiteljskih poljoprivrednih gospodarstava regulirano je prvenstvenom
Zakonom o poljoprivredi te Zakonom o obiteljskom poljoprivrednim gospodarstvima te je
ono jedan od oblika vršenja poljoprivrednih djelatnosti u Republici Hrvatskoj. Zakonom o
obiteljskom poljoprivrednom gospodarstvu također definira tko su nositelji OPG-a, tko se
smatra članovima obitelji te što sve svrstavamo pod obiteljsko kućanstvo. |
| Abstract (english) | Consumer behavior is a discipline that is constantly changing and needs constant study. In
order for the consumer to satisfy his needs and desires, he must make decisions. These
decisions are influenced by certain factors. We divide the factors into cultural, personal,
psychological and social. We divide social factors into reference groups, family, roles and
statuses. Cultural factors are culture, subculture, and social class. Personal factors include age
and stage of the life cycle, occupation, economic circumstances, lifestyle, personality, and
self-image. Psychological factors include motivation, perception, learning, beliefs and attitudes.
Marketing professionals go to great lengths to offer consumers a wider choice of
products and services to meet their needs and desires. The decision-making process occurs in
5 phases: problem-solving, information seeking, evaluation of alternatives, purchasing
decisions, and post-purchase behavior.
Family farms (hereinafter referred to as family farms) are defined by the law which
determines the performance of economic activities related to agriculture and related activities.
The operation of family farms is regulated primarily by the Agriculture Act and the Family
Farms Act, and it is one of the forms of performing agricultural activities in the Republic of
Croatia. The Law on Family Farming also defines who are the holders of family farms, who
are considered family members and what we classify as a family household. |
