Abstract
Beneficije su sastavni dio primanja zaposlenika koje poslodavac uz plaću pruža svojim radnicima. Beneficije su vrsta neizravnih kompenzacija koje imaju višestruke ciljeve. Neki od ciljeva su zadovoljenje osobnih potreba zaposlenika, povećanje osjećaja pripadnosti organizaciji i osiguranje atraktivnog i konkurentnog paketa nagrađivanja. Kako beneficije utječu na životni standard radnika, poduzeća smatraju da je njihova obveza voditi brigu o dobrobiti zaposlenika i njihovih obitelji. Beneficije su podijeljene u tri osnovne skupine: mirovine, osobna sigurnost i zdravlje, beneficije za vrijeme odsutnosti s posla i usluge zaposlenicima. Republika Hrvatska je među zemljama u kojima je velik broj beneficija uređen putem zakona ili nekih drugih propisa. Korištenjem godišnjih izvješća poduzeća Hrvatski Telekom d.d. i ispitivanjem zadovoljstva radnika razmatrana je uloga beneficija kod zaposlenika ovog poduzeća.
Abstract (english)
Benefits are an integral part of employee income that an employer provides to its employees in addition to their salary. Benefits are a type of indirect compensation that has multiple objectives. Some of the goals are to meet personal needs of employees, increase the sense of belonging to the organization and provide an attractive and competitive remuneration package. As benefits affect the living standards of employees, many companies feel it is their obligation to take care of the well-being of employees and their families. Benefits are divided into three basic groups: pensions, personal safety and health, benefits during a leave absence from work and employee services. The Republic of Croatia is among the countries in which a large number of benefits are regulated by law or some other regulations. The role of benefits among employees of the Hrvatski Telekom d.d. company was considered by using the annual reports of the company and examining employee satisfaction.
