Abstract
U ovom radu pojasnit će se i definirati pojam opskrbnog lanca, same distribucije te distribucijskih mreža. Uspješnost poslovanja poduzeća ovisi o tome kako opskrbni lanac funkcionira. Distribucija predstavlja važan segment logistike jer omogućava konstantan tok proizvoda od samog procesa proizvodnje do krajnjih potrošača. Upravljanje suvremenim lancima opskrbe, podrazumijeva stručnjake u proizvodnji, nabavi i samoj distribuciji. Kako bi cijela strategija distribucijskih mreža bila uspješna potrebno je osigurati pravi proizvod, u pravo vrijeme i na pravom mjestu. Odluke o kanalima distribucije i distribucijskim mrežama ubrajaju se u najključnije odluke za uspješnost opskrbnog lanca poduzeća. Cilj svakog opskrbnog lanca je u što kraćem periodu osigurati dostupnost proizvoda za potrošača uz što niže troškove. Svrha ovoga rada je objasniti cijeli koncept opskrbnih lanaca i distribucijskih mreža u samom poslovanju kroz elemente i same sudionike u opskrbnom lancu i distribuciji. Glavni cilj rada je prikazati važnost uloge opskrbnih lanaca i distribucijskih mreža u trgovini i samoj logistici. Kroz primjer C&A tvrtke prikazat će se kvalitetan primjer učinkovitog upravljanja opskrbnim lancem.
Abstract (english)
This paper will explain and define the concept of supply chain, distribution and distribution networks. The success of a company’s business depends on how the supply chain works. Distribution is an important segment of logistics because it allows a constant flow of products from the production process to the final consumers. Management of modern supply chains involves experts in production, procurement and distribution. In order for the entire distribution network strategy to be successful, it is necessary to ensure the right product, at the right time and in the right place. Decisions on distribution channels and distribution networks are among the most crucial decisions for the success of a company's supply chain. The goal of each supply chain is to ensure the availability of products for the consumer at the lowest possible cost in the shortest possible time. The purpose of this paper is to explain the whole concept of supply chains and distribution networks in the business itself through the elements and the participants themselves in the supply chain and distribution. The main goal of this paper is to show the importance of the role of supply chains and distribution networks in trade and logistics itself. A good example of efficient supply chain management will be presented through the example of a C&A company.
