Abstract
Turizam kao djelatnost je jako bitan u gospodarstvu svake zemlje. Pojavom korona virusa 2019. godine u Kini koji se kasnije proširio na cijeli svijet ima veliki utjecaj na turizam i kompletno gospodarstvo kako kod nas tako i u cijelom svijetu. Kako bi se spriječilo širenje virusa, većina zemalja je poduzela mjere kao što je zabrana kretanja preko granica države, a znajući da je kod nas većina turista iz drugi zemalja to će dosta utjecati na naš turizam i gospodarstvo. Nakon uvoda bit će obrađen položaj turizma Republike Hrvatske od njenog početka i samostalnosti pa sve do danas dajući naglasak na turizam za vrijeme korone i u aktualnoj postkorona situaciji. U radu će biti iznesene posljedice koje nosi ova pandemija na turizam te neke od strategija kako bi se turizam održao na nekoj razini unatoč virusu. Mnoge zemlja, a među njima i Hrvatska veliku važnost daju upravo turizmu, a to je iz razloga jer smo zemlja puna prirodnih bogatstava i ljepota koja su prepoznata ne samo u Europi već u cijelom svijetu.
Abstract (english)
Tourism as an activity is very important in the economy of every country. With the appearance of the corona virus in 2019 in China, which later spread to the whole world, it has a great impact on tourism and the entire economy both in our country and around the world. To prevent the spread of the virus, most countries have taken measures such as banning movement across national borders, and knowing that most tourists from other countries are with us, this will have a significant impact on our tourism and economy. After the introduction, the position of tourism in the Republic of Croatia from its beginning and independence until today will be discussed, emphasizing tourism during the corona and in the current post-corona situation. The paper will present the consequences of this pandemic on tourism and some of the strategies to maintain tourism at some level in spite of the virus. Many countries, including Croatia, attach great importance to tourism, and this is because we are a country full of natural resources and beauties that are recognized not only in Europe but throughout the world.
