Abstract
Selekcija zaposlenika je kontinuirani proces koji se pojavljuje u tvrtki u nekoliko situacija, kada tvrtka prvo započinje s radom pa ima potrebu za većim brojem zaposlenika, zatim ako se stvori potreba za otvaranjem novih radnih mjesta ili ako neki od zaposlenika dobije promaknuće. Bez obzira koji od oblika selekcija zaposlenika se odvija i o kojem broju zaposlenika se radi, vrlo je važno da odjel ljudskih resursa razmisli i napravi plan na koji će način provoditi selekciju. Ovisno o vrsti industrije i položaju zaposlenika koji se traži, moguće je primijeniti jednu od raznovrsnih metoda. Na menadžmentu ljudskih potencijala je da procjeni koja će im metoda najviše odgovarati, te kakve su im financijske i vremenske mogućnosti. Ovaj rad osvrnuti će se na nekoliko od mnogih metoda koje menadžment ljudskih potencijala i odjel zadužen za pronalazak zaposlenika imaju na raspolaganju. Iako je ovaj proces zahtjeva novčana i vremenska ulaganja, vrlo je važan jer dugoročno može spriječiti nastanak nekih većih gubitaka i troškova. Odabir kandidata koji svojim sposobnostima i znanjima ne zadovoljava potrebe radnog mjesta, može oštetiti tvrtku ne samo financijski, već može negativno utjecati i na cjelokupni imidž.
Abstract (english)
Employee selection is a continuous process that occurs in a company in several situations, when the company first starts working and has a need for more employees, then if there is a need to create new jobs or if one of the employees gets a promotion. Regardless of which form of employee selection takes place and the number of employees involved, it is very important that the human resources department considers and makes a plan for how to conduct the selection. Depending on the type of industry and the position of the employee sought, it is possible to apply one of a variety of methods. It is up to human resources management to assess which method will suit them best, and what their financial and time possibilities are. This paper will look at several of the many methods available to human resource management and the department in charge of finding employees. Although this process requires money and time investment, it is very important because in the long run it can prevent the occurrence of some major losses and costs. Selecting a candidate who does not meet the needs of the job with his / her abilities and knowledge can damage the company not only financially, but can also negatively affect the overall image.
