Abstract
Završnim radom iz kolegija Poslovno komuniciranje istražuje se poslovna komunikacija u specifičnom poslovnom okruženju. Učinkovita komunikacija je ključna za uspjeh organizacija i pojedinaca, a neučinkovita komunikacija često je uzrok manjih pogreški, velikih strateških zabluda i katastrofalnih neuspjeha. Stoga je važno prepoznati okruženje u kojem se poduzeće nalazi te kako ono može utjecati na samo poslovanje. U ovom radu govori se o specifičnom poslovnom okruženju kod remote rada, odnosno rada na daljinu. Rad na daljinu razvija se sve više, posebice kao odgovor na izazove današnjice i želju ljudi da iskoriste prednosti istoga, posebice to da ne moraju svoje dragocjeno vrijeme koristiti na putovanje na i sa posla. Rad na daljinu ima svoje posebne izazove i ponekad komunikacijski nije najefikasniji. U ovom završnom radu opisuju se specifičnosti rada na daljinu, njegovi prednosti i izazovi (kako komunikacijski, tako i općenito). Izgradnja bolje komunikacije na daljinu polazi od strategija pisane komunikacije, verbalne komunikacije, pa i korištenja prikladne tehnologije za efikasniju komunikaciju, približavanje sa zaposlenicima, pokazivanje empatije, i slično.
Abstract (english)
The final thesis written for the Business Communication Course explores business communication in a specific business environment. Effective communication is key to the success of organizations and individuals, and inefficient communication is often the cause of minor mistakes, major strategic misconceptions, and catastrophic failures. Therefore, it is important to recognize the environment in which the company is located and how it can affect the business itself. This paper discusses the specific business environment for remote work, i.e. teleworking. Teleworking is evolving more and more, especially in response to today's challenges and the desire of people to take advantage of it, especially the fact that they do not have to use their precious time to travel to and from work. Teleworking has its own special challenges and sometimes communication is not the most efficient. This final paper describes the specifics of teleworking, its advantages and challenges (both communication and in general). Building better distance communication starts from strategies of written communication, verbal communication, and even the use of appropriate technology for more efficient communication, getting closer to employees, showing empathy, and so on.
