Abstract
Cilj ovog rada je prikazati temeljne odrednice koje čine uspješnog poduzetnika i koje mu pomažu pri pokretanju poslovnog pothvata. Iako ne postoji univerzalan opis uspješnog poduzetnika, postoje određene osobine i vještine koje ih karakteriziraju, kao što su upornost, strast prema poslu, upravljanje stresom i vremenom i brojne druge. Za adekvatno održavanje poslovnog pothvata, uz osobine i vještine, važna je i sposobnost samomotiviranja poduzetnika, te socijalne vještine koje su neophodne zbog velikog broja ljudi s kojima poduzetnici komuniciranju, od dobavljača, poslovnih partnera do krajnjih korisnika njihovih proizvoda i usluga. Sve te komponente sadržane su u platnu Jamesa Greena – poslovnom modelu koji pokazuje sve elemente koje treba razmotriti prije ulaska u novi poslovni pothvat. U teorijskom dijelu rada obrađene su poduzetničke vještine i osobine potrebne za pokretanje poslovnog pothvata, motivacijske čimbenike koji potiču razvijanje pothvata i poduzetničko ponašanje, te emocionalnu inteligenciju koja pomaže poduzetniku održati kvalitetne odnose sa partnerima, kupcima, dobavljačima i drugim dionicima. Praktični dio rada obuhvaća samoprocjenu autorice kroz tri testa osobnosti koja pokazuju poduzetnički potencijal i nedostatke koje treba usavršiti.
Abstract (english)
The goal of this final paper is to present the basics determinants that make a successful entrepreneur and which help him in starting a business venture. Although there is no universal recipe for creating a successful entrepreneur, there are certain traits and skills that characterize them, such as perseverance, passion for work, stress and time management, and many others. For adequate maintenance of the business venture, in addition to traits and skills, the ability to self-motivate is also important and the social skills that are necessary because of the large number of people with whom entrepreneurs communicate as suppliers, business partners and customers. All of these components are contained in James Green’s canvas - a business model that shows all the elements to consider before embarking on a new business venture. In the theoretical part of the paper, the author discusses entrepreneurial skills and qualities needed to start a business venture, motivational factors that encourage business development and entrepreneurial behavior, and emotional intelligence that helps entrepreneurs maintain quality relationships with partners, customers, suppliers and other stakeholders. The practical part of the paper includes the author's self-assessment through three personality tests that show entrepreneurial potential and shortcomings that need to be improved.
