Abstract
Poduzetnički proces vodi nas kroz korake potrebne za pokretanje uspješnog poduzetničkog pothvata, a početna faza tog procesa je odluka da se postane poduzetnikom i generiranje poslovnih ideja. Kroz proces se ideja analizira i preispituje kako bi se ustanovilo radi li se o poslovnoj prilici, no prije toga ju je potrebno osmisliti. Tu do izražaja dolaze tehnike generiranja poslovnih ideja. U ovom radu su obrađene kreativne tehnike generiranja ideja kao što su brainstorming, SCAMPER, brainwriting i dr. Ali to nije jedini način na koji poduzetnici dolaze do ideja; oni ih dobivaju i rješavanjem problema na tržištu, kao i popunjavanjem praznina koje ostavljaju druge tvrtke. Cilj ovog rada je upoznati se s tehnikama stvaranja ideja i pokazati njihovu upotrebu na praktičnom primjeru. U praktičnom dijelu pojasnit će se proces generiranja poslovne ideje, te značaj poslovne ideje za rješavanje problema u okruženju.
Abstract (english)
The entrepreneurial process guides us through the steps needed to start a successful entrepreneurial venture, and the initial stage of that process is spotting an idea. Through the process, the idea is analyzed and re-examined to determine if it is also a business opportunity, but before that it is necessary to come up with an idea. This is where the techniques of generating business ideas come into play. This paper discusses creative techniques for generating ideas such as brainstorming, SCAMPER, brainwriting, etc. But this is not the only way entrepreneurs come up with ideas; they also get them by solving market problems as well as filling in the gaps left by other companies. The aim of this paper is to get acquainted with the techniques of creating ideas and show their use on a practical example. The practical part will explain the process of generating a business idea, and the importance of a business idea for solving problems in the environment.
