Abstract
Informacijski sustav je sustav koji služi za prikupljanje podataka koji su korisni za neku organizaciju i poduzeće, a sastoji se od pet ključnih komponenti : software, hardware, dataware, netware, lifeware i orgware. Kako bi informacijski sustav zadržao svoju funkcionalnost potrebno ga je konstantno održavati i unaprijeđivati što se postiže putem različitih tehnika i metoda. Revizija i kontrola pomažu u pronalaženju i rješavanju nedostatka i grešaka u informacijskom sustavu. Održavanje informacijskog sustava je skup različitih aktivnosti koje se provode nakon implementacije odnosno produkcije sustava. Postoji više kategorija održavanja i proizvođači terete kupca radi troškova njihovog provođenja. U radu će se na primjeru izabranog informacijskog sustava, 4D Wand poslovno informacijskog sustava, opisati različite kategorije održavanja kao i postupci i procedure na kojima se pojedine kategorije održavanja temelje.
Abstract (english)
An information system is a system used to collect data that is useful to an organization and enterprise and consists of five key components: software, hardware, dataware, netware, lifeware and orgware. In order for IS to retain its functionality, it needs to be constantly maintained and improved which is achieved through various techniques and methods. Auditin and control help to find and resolve information deficiecies and errors. Information system maintenance is a set of different activities that are carried out after the implementation or production of the system. There are several categories of maintenance and customers are usually charged for their implementation costs. The paper will describe the different categories of maintenance on the example of the selected information system, 4D Wand business information system, as well as the procedures and procedures on which individual categories of maintenance are based.
