Abstract
Tržište u znanstvenoj i ekonomskoj literaturi ima brojne definicije. Najčešće se koristi ona koja tržište definira kao ''sučeljavanje ponude i potražnje''. Tržište poljoprivredno-prehrambenih proizvoda obuhvaća potražnju i ponudu, tj. predstavlja splet i skup odnosa koji su vezani uz poljoprivredno-prehrambene proizvode od njihove proizvodnje do krajnjeg kupca. Distribucija uključuje sve aktivnosti koje omogućuju prijenos materijalne i/ili ekonomske moći nad proizvodima i uslugama od jednog gospodarskog subjekta do drugog. Fizička distribucija je skup aktivnosti koje se tiču učinkovitog kretanja gotovih proizvoda od kraja proizvodnog postupka do potrošača. Fizička distribucija odvija se u brojnim distribucijskim kanalima na veliko i malo i uključuje važna područja odlučivanja. Med je moguće distribuirati različitim prodajnim kanalima, kao što su prodaja na sajmovima, tržnicama, samoposlugama, specijaliziranim trgovinama, putem interneta i u vlastitom gospodarstvu. Pčelari najbolju prodajnu cijenu proizvoda koje nude mogu ostvariti prodajom u vlastitom gospodarstvu. Na taj način ostvaruju direktan kontakt s krajnjim potrošačima i mogu im dodatno ukazati koliko je bitno konzumirati proizvode od meda svakodnevno te koliki je njihov učinak na zdravlje čovjeka.
Abstract (english)
The market in the scientific and economic literature has numerous definitions. The most commonly used is the one that defines the market as "matching supply and demand". The agricultural-food market encompasses supply and demand, it represents a set of relationships related to agricultural-food products from their production to the customer. Distribution includes all activities that enable the transfer of material and / or economic power over products and services from one economic operator to another. Physical distribution is a set of activities concerning the efficient movement of finished products from the end of the production process to the consumer. Physical distribution takes place in a number of wholesale and retail distribution channels and includes important decision-making areas. Honey can be distributed through various sales channels, such as sales at fairs, markets, supermarkets, specialty stores, via the Internet and on your own farm. Beekeepers can achieve the best selling price of the products they offer by selling on their own farm. In that way, they make direct contact with end consumers and can additionally indicate to them how important it is to consume honey products on a daily basis and what their effect is on human health.
