Abstract
Upravljanje rizikom u lancu opskrbe je proces identificiranja, procjene i ublažavanja rizika opskrbnog lanca organizacije. Implementacija strategija upravljanja rizicima u globalnom lancu opskrbe može pomoći poduzeću da djeluje učinkovitije, smanji troškove i poboljša korisničku uslugu. Upravljanje lancem opskrbe odnosi se na to kako organizacije upravljaju protokom svoje robe, uključujući sve procese uključene u transformaciju sirovina koje organizacija troši u gotove proizvode ili usluge koje organizacija nudi. Uključuje planiranje i upravljanje funkcijama nabave, pretvorbe i upravljanja logistikom. Jedan od glavnih razloga zašto tvrtke provode globalne strategije upravljanja lancem opskrbe jest jačanje svoje konkurentske prednosti. Međutim, globalizacija opskrbnih lanaca također može povećati potencijalne rizike za kvalitetu, sigurnost, kontinuitet poslovanja i reputaciju što su pitanja koja zahtijevaju pozornost. Cilj ovoga rada je definirati pojam opskrbnog lanca, a zatim i upravljanja rizicima u opskrbnom lancu te prikazati upravljanje rizicima u opskrbnom lancu na primjeru poduzeća HT HEIM-TRENDS ORTOPEDIJA d.o.o. U radu je zaključeno da se poduzeće HT HEIMTRENDS ORTOPEDIJA d.o.o. u svom poslovanju susreće s određenim rizicima kojima su do sada uspješno upravljali stručnjaci koji rade u navedenom poduzeću, no potrebno je istaknuti kako nije uvijek jednostavno riješiti probleme koji nastaju oko rizika u poslovanju, a posebice kada je riječ o stvarima koje su vezane uz ljudsko zdravlje i poboljšanje istoga, čime se poduzeće uglavnom bavi.
Abstract (english)
An organization's supply chain management refers to how they manage the flow of their goods. This includes the processes involved in transforming raw materials that the organization uses into finished products or services. Supply chain risk management involves identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks in the supply chain. Adopting risk management strategies can help businesses improve efficiency, reduce costs and provide better customer service. Risk management in global supply chains requires attention due to its potential impact on quality, safety, continuity, reputation, and advantage. One of the primary reasons why companies implement global supply chain management strategies is to increase their advantage in the marketplace. However, an increased risk posed by globalization of supply chains is also worth consideration. The aim of this paper is to define the concept of supply chains and then illustrate supply chain risk management with a case study from HT HEIM-TRENDS ORTOPEDIJA d.o.o. The paper asserts that although HT HEIM-TRENDS ORTOPEDIJA d.o.o. successfully deals with risks encountered in their business, it's not always easy to solve problems related to the health of humans, which is the focus of the company's work. It's noted in the paper that experts in the company were able to manage encountered risks.
