Abstract
Kroz rad je utvrđena presudna važnost ljudskog čimbenika u osiguranju poslovnog uspjeha poduzeća. Međutim, nije dovoljno samo pribaviti kvalitetan ljudski kadar, već je njime potrebno i upravljati. S obzirom na dinamično okruženje u kojem poduzeća danas posluju te veliku konkurenciju, naglašena je važnost razvoja zaposlenika. Jedan od načina razvoja ljudskih resursa je i edukacija. Edukacijom zaposlenika unaprjeđuju se njihova znanja, sposobnosti i vještine, kako bi ih se što bolje pripremilo i osposobilo za obavljanje radnih zadataka. Kako bi edukacija rezultirala ispunjenjem postavljenih ciljeva, trebaju biti zadovoljene određene pretpostavke kao što su ponašanje zaposlenika, motivacija, primjena načela učenja te pretpostavke kvalitetnog učenja. Edukacija zaposlenika nije nešto što se poduzima jednokratno, već je o njoj potrebno voditi računa kroz čitav životni vijek poduzeća. Edukacija zaposlenika ujedno je i proces koji se sastoji od utvrđivanja potreba, određivanja ciljeva, određivanja sadržaja i programa edukacije, određivanja metoda i tehnika te vrednovanja edukacijskih programa. Iako poduzeća imaju važnu ulogu u planiranju i provođenju edukacije, sami zaposlenici također trebaju voditi računa o edukaciji jer se njome ispunjavaju i određeni individualni ciljevi. Iako menadžeri najčešće posjeduju najveću razinu obrazovanja u poduzeću, niti njihova edukacija ne smije se zanemariti.
Abstract (english)
The paper has identified the crucial importance of the human factor in ensuring the business success of the company. However, it is not enough just to acquire quality human staff, but it is also necessary to manage it. Given the dynamic environment in which companies operate today and the high competition, the importance of employee development was emphasized. One of the ways to develop human resources is through education. By educating employees, their knowledge, abilities and skills are improved, in order to better prepare and enable them to perform work tasks. In order for education to result in the fulfillment of set goals, certain assumptions must be met, such as employee behavior, motivation, application of learning principles and assumptions of quality learning. Employee education is not something that is done once, but it is necessary to take care of it throughout the life of the company. Employee education is also a process that consists of identifying needs, setting goals, determining the content and programs of education, determining methods and techniques and evaluating educational programs. Although companies have an important role in planning and conducting training, employees themselves should also take care of training because it meets certain individual goals. Although managers most often have the highest level of education in a company, their education should not be neglected either.
