Abstract
U radu je analiziran poslovni proces manje proizvođačke tvrtke s ciljem uočavanja aktivnosti i potprocesa koji umanjuju ukupnu procesnu efikasnost, mijenjaju troškove proizvodnje ili utječu na kvalitetu finalnih proizvoda. Cilj rada je pomoću dijagrama za procesne analize (EPC i BPMN) u suradnji s nadležnim osobama ustanoviti nedostatke i predložiti rješenja kojima će se nedostaci ukloniti i proces približiti optimalnoj razini. U teorijskom dijelu rada opisan je pristup procesnoj analizi i izboru ključnih kriterija poboljšanja poslovnog procesa. Analiza i optimizacija dijela poslovnog procesa provedena je na izabranom primjeru tvrtke koja se među ostalim bavi proizvodnjom i ugradbom kolnih (kamionskih) vaga. Optimiziranje odabranog poslovnog procesa prikazano je TO-BE inačicom poslovnog procesa u odnosu na njegovu aktualnu, tj. AS-IS verziju. Studija slučaja prikazana je u softverskom paketu ARIS Express.
Abstract (english)
The paper analyses the business process of a small production company with the aim to identify the activities and sub-processes that reduce the overall process efficiency, increase production costs or have an impact on the quality of final products. Two types of process analysis diagrams, EPC and BPMN, were used to establish the weaknesses and propose solutions to address these deficiencies. The process was analysed in collaboration with the company management in order to bring it closer to the optimum level. The approach to process analysis and the choice of key criteria for improving the business process is elaborated in the theoretical section of the paper. The analysis and optimisation of one part of the business process was carried out on the chosen example of a company whose core business is production and installation of truck scale systems. Optimisation of the relevant business process is shown as a TO-BE version as opposed to its current AS-IS version. The case study is presented in the software package ARIS Express.
