The word "organization" comes from the Greek word organon, which means a tool or means of work. An organization is a group of people that has a specific purpose. There are several synonyms for organization. Some of them are company, firm, network, community, corporation, etc. Organizational processes are based on organizational goals, external and internal factors in the organization, mission and vision of the organization, organizational structure, and organizational values. One of the key assumptions in the analysis of the organization is its connection with the environment. The environment plays an important role in the contribution of organizational processes to the success of the organization, whether they are low-cost processes or processes aimed at meeting the needs of the market in which the organization operates, which is why it is never observed isolated. The organization is a group of different structures and processes that make up the whole, and it is the structures and processes that divide the goals of the organization into features that individuals or groups of people can focus on and that lead to the realization of the company's vision. The purpose of this paper is to define and present organizational processes and the process of creating organizational values. The aim of this paper is to research the theoretical aspects of organizational processes and organizational processes, goals and values in selected companies.
