Abstract
Rad se temelji na teorijama monetarne i fiskalne politike te na njihovim djelovanjima u Republici Hrvatskoj. Monetarna politika utječe na raspoloživost novca i visinu kamatnih stopa. Za provođenje monetarne politike zaslužna je Hrvatska narodna banka u Republici Hrvatskoj, dok za Europu to radi Europska središnja banka. Kako bi monetarna politika mogla provesti svoje ciljeve i zadatke mora se koristiti određenim instrumentima. Fiskalan politika ima zadatak da ublaži fluktuacije agregatnog trošenja promjenom državne potrošnje i poreza te u Republici Hrvatskoj taj zadatak odrađuje Ministarstvo financija. Fiskalna politika kao i monetarna za provođenje svojih ciljeva i zadataka mora se koristiti određenim instrumentima. Kroz rad su objašnjena ograničenja i mogućnosti monetarne i fiskalne politike te kakvo je njihovo stanje u Republici Hrvatskoj, odnosno kakav utjecaj imaju. Isto tako su navedene neke od mogućnosti za rješavanje situacije u državi što se tiče monetarne i fiskalne politike. U radu je također objašnjena središnja banka kao i politika javnih prihoda te porezna politika. Na kraju rada je objašnjen međuodnos dviju politika na primjeru krize iz 2008. godine i kakav su tada imale utjecaj na cijelo gospodarstvo, odnosno kako su napravile recesiju te je donesen zaključak na cijelu temu.
Abstract (english)
Thesis of this paper is based on theories of monetary and fiscal policy and their actions in the Republic of Croatia. Monetary policy affects the availability of money and interest rates. The Croatian National Bank in the Republic of Croatia is responsible for the implementation of monetary policy, while the European Central Bank is responsible for Europe. In order for monetary policy to be able to carry out its goals and tasks, certain instruments must be used. Fiscal policy has the task of minimizing fluctuations in aggregate spending by changing government spending and taxes, and in the Republic of Croatia this task is performed by the Ministry of Finance. Fiscal policy, as well as monetary , must use certain instruments to carry out its goals and tasks. The paper explains the limitations and possibilities of monetary and fiscal policy, their situation in the Republic of Croatia, and their impact. It also lists some of the options for resolving the situation in the country in terms of monetary and fiscal policy. The paper also explains the central bank as well as public revenue policy and tax policy. In the end of the paper, an explanation is given about the relationship between the two policies on the example of the crisis of 2008 and how they had an impact on the whole economy, apropos how they created a recession and a conclusion was reached on the whole topic.
