Abstract
Diplomskim radom iz kolegija Operacijski menadžment istražuje se upravljanje lancem opskrbe. U radu je opisana razlika između relevantnih pojmova važnih za razumijevanje rada. Predmet ovog rada je prikazati način upravljanja lancem opskrbe na primjeru tvrtke kompare.hr i način na koji tvrtka planira riješiti skupu opskrbu leadovima. Na konkretnom je primjeru i prikazan model proizvodnog problema. Upravljanje opskrbnim lancem na istraživanom primjeru poduzeća, kao i funkcija nabave, i distribucije do kupaca, izvrsno su organizirani, s tim da je zapažen procvat internet trgovine u pandemijskom razdoblju. Poduzeće je svjesno svojih jakih i slabih strana, na čemu treba još raditi i u što dodatno ulagati. U konačnici, iako je istraživanje temeljeno na pregledu literature i istraživanjima drugih istraživača, ono je uspješno usustavljeno te su ostvareni ciljevi istraživanja.
Abstract (english)
The final thesis written for the Operational Management Course explores supply chain management. The paper describes the difference between relevant concepts important for understanding the paper. The subject of this work is to show the way of managing the supply chain on the example of the company kompare.hr and the way the company plans to solve the expensive supply of leads.The model of the production problem is presented on a specific example. The management of the supply chain on the researched example of the company, as well as the functions of procurement and distribution to customers, are excellently organized, with the fact that the flourishing of online trade in the pandemic period has been noted. The company is aware of its strengths and weaknesses, what it still needs to work on and what it needs to invest in. In the end, although the research was based on a review of the literature and the research of other researchers, it was successfully organized and the objectives of the research were achieved.
