Abstract
Korištenje emocionalne inteligencije bitno je u privatnom i poslovnom životu. Poznavanjem emocionalne inteligencije razvija se vlastiti karakter i naučeno ponašanje se primjenjuje u svakodnevnom životu, a danas je gotovo bitnija od kvocijenta inteligencije. Bitna je za osobno prilagođavanje, raspoznavanje osjećaja, donošenje ispravnih postupaka i izgradnju stabilne poslovne organizacije. Pomoću emocionalne inteligencije čuvaju se i razvijaju odnosi s prijateljima, obitelji i poslovnim... More kolegama. Ono što je najbitnije, dobro poznavanje emocionalne inteligencije ujedno znači i čuvanje zdravlja. Lideri u poslovanju su bitni jer utječu na druge i maksimiziraju njihove napore i uspjehe, lider ujedno predstavlja i utjecajnu osobu koja je primjer drugima. Kako bi lider bio što bolji u svom poslu, mora znati primjenjivati emocionalnu inteligenciju tj. znati osnove o emocijama i upravljanju s ljudima kako bi stvorio što bolje okruženje i ugodnu atmosferu za rad. Zadatak lidera je da prvenstveno pospješi svoju emocionalnu inteligenciju, a zatim ju primjenjivati i stvoriti kvalitetnu zajednicu. Less
Abstract (english)
The use of emotional intelligence is essential in private and business life. By knowing emotional intelligence, one's own character is developed and learned behavior is applied in everyday life, today it is almost more important than IQ. It is essential for personal adjustment, recognizing feelings, taking correct actions, and building a stable business organization. With the help of emotional intelligence, relationships with friends, family and business colleagues are maintained and... More developed. The most important, good knowledge of emotional intelligence also means taking care of your health. Leaders in business are important because they influence others and maximize their efforts and successes, the leader is also an influential person who is an example to others. For a leader to be as good as possible in his job, he must know how to apply emotional intelligence, know the basics about emotions and managing people to create the best possible environment and a pleasant atmosphere for work.
