Abstract
Uspješnost svake kompanije ili poslovnog pothvata se promatra više različitih parametara poput profitabilnosti, prepoznatljivosti kompanije i proizvoda, poželjnosti tvrtke poslodavca za zaposlenike i poslovnu okolinu. Globalizacija je pred kompanije ponudila prilike i izazove za dodatna poboljšanja u proizvodnim procesima u segmentima profitabilnosti, racionalnog upravljanja resursima, te osiguranja dodatnog smanjenja jedinične cijene troška po proizvedenoj jedinice uz zadržavanje ili povećanje kvalitete finalnog proizvoda. Cilj ovog rada je istražiti i analizirati kako model racionalnog ponašanja (eng. Lean thinking) može pridonijeti gore navedenim ciljevima. Kroz empirijsku analizu na primjeru jednog poslovnog procesa u proizvodnoj kompaniji Smrznuto d.o.o. promatrat će se kako primjena načela racionalnog ponašanja može pridonijeti pojednostavljenju procesa, te koji su benefiti primjene istog.
Abstract (english)
The success of each company or business venture is observed by several different parameters such as profitability, recognition of the company and products, the desirability of the employer's company for employees and the business environment. Globalization has offered companies opportunities and challenges for additional improvements in production processes in the segments of profitability, rational management of resources, and ensuring an additional reduction of the unit price of the cost per produced unit while maintaining or increasing the quality of the final product. The goal of this paper is to investigate and analyze how the Lean thinking model can contribute to the above goals. Through an empirical analysis on the example of a business process in the production company Smrznuto d.o.o., it will be observed how the application of the principle of rational behavior can contribute to the simplification of the process, and what are the benefits of its application
