Abstract
Završni rad iz kolegija Gospodarstvo Hrvatske analizira kretanje stanovništva Republike Hrvatske (u nastavku: Hrvatske) u Europsku Uniju (u nastavku: EU) s posebnim naglaskom na migracije radne snage. Značajno područje završnog rada usmjerava se na oscilacije broja i teritorijalnog rasporeda stanovništva unutar granica Hrvatske analizirajući i trendove migracija radne snage Hrvatske i EU. Postavlja se istraživačko pitanje koji su uzroci pokretljivosti radne snage i koje su posljedice ulaska zemalja Srednje i Istočne Europe u EU na tržište rada. Zabrinjavajući su trendovi negativnih migracija visokoobrazovanog stanovništva budući da oni mogu, ako se nastave, determinirati demografski razvoj, a posljedično i opći gospodarski razvoj Hrvatske. Shodno svemu navedenom, pokušava se ispitati migracijska politika, ali i ostale demografske i ekonomske politike usmjerene na poboljšanje standarda stanovništva i njegovo zadržavanje u nacionalnim okvirima.
Abstract (english)
The final thesis of the Croatian Economics course analyzes the immigration of the population of the Republic of Croatia to the European Union, with special emphasis on labor migration. A significant area of this final paper deals with the changes in the number and spatial distribution of the population within the borders of the Republic of Croatia and analyzes the trends of labor migration of the Republic of Croatia and the EU. The research question is what are the causes of labor mobility and what are the consequences of the entry of Central and Eastern European countries into the EU labor market. The trends of negative migration of the highly skilled population are worrying, because if they continue, they can determine the development of the Croatian population. Against this background, an attempt is made to examine migration policies, as well as other demographic and economic measures aimed at improving the standard of the population and keeping it within the national framework.
