Abstract
Komunikacija ljudima omogućuje iznošenje vlastitih ideja, misli i osjećaja za čije je potpuno shvaćanje te uspješno prenošenje poruke važno poznavati i razumjeti komunikaciju u svim njezinim oblicima i situacijama. Rad u timu, čija je svrha postizanje postavljenog cilja (ili više njih) bio bi nemoguć i nezamisliv bez sredstva koje omogućuje podjelu uloga, zadataka, obaveza, ali i utvrđivanje ciljeva, problema te prilika za napredak, a sredstvo koje to omogućuje je komunikacija. Kako bi komunikacija u timovima bila posložena i uređena na pravi način važno je detaljnije izučavanje i upoznavanje sa svim oblicima komunikacije, psihološkim aspektima komuniciranja, čestim problemima u komunikaciji općenito te naravno savjetima i metodama koji mogu podići razinu komunikacijskih vještina na novu razinu. Poboljšanje komunikacijskih vještina pridonosi napretku u radu s ljudima, napretku rada u timu, ali i boljem razumijevanju tuđih misli i osjećaja što omogućuje kvalitetniji suživot s drugim ljudima, kako na poslovnom planu, tako i na privatnom.
Abstract (english)
Communication enables people to express their own ideas, thoughts and feelings, for which complete understanding and successful transmission of the message it is important to know and understand communication in all of its forms and situations. Working in a team, the purpose of which is to achieve a set goal (or more than one), would be impossible and unimaginable without a tool that enables the distribution of roles, tasks, obligations, but also the determination of goals, problems and opportunities for progress, and the tool that enables this is communication. In order for communication in teams to be arranged and organized in the right way, it is important to study in more detail and familiarize yourself with all forms of communication, psychological aspects of communication, common problems in communication in general, and of course tips and methods that can raise the level of communication skills to a new level. Improving communication skills contributes to progress in working with people, working with a team, aswell as a better understanding of other people's thoughts and feelings, which enables better coexistence with other people, both on a business and private level.
