Abstract
Svrha agregatnog planiranja je prikaz cjelokupne slike unutar proizvodnje, odnosno proizvodnja proizvoda u određenom vremenskom periodu, također agregatno planiranje daje uvid u organizaciju svih raspoloživih resursa. Agregatno planiranje obično se odnosi na vremenski period od 2 do 12 mjeseci, iako se može odnositi i na vremenski period od 18 mjeseci. Tvrtke donose odluke o kapacitetima na tri razine: dugoročne, srednjoročne i kratkoročne. Agregatno planiranje pripada srednjoročnim odlukama koje donose operacijski menadžeri. Planiranje je proces kojim se definiraju ciljevi, analizira situacija, određuju pretpostavke, formiraju alternativni pravci aktivnosti, ocjenjuje i odabire najpogodnije. Razlikuje se nekoliko metoda agregatnog planiranja proizvodnje, grafička, matematička, i tako dalje. Opcije agregatnog planiranja mogu se odnositi na potražnju i kapacitet za dobivanje prihvatljivog plana proizvodnje. Primjerice, opcije kapaciteta su: promjena razine zaliha, korištenje honorarnih radnika, ravnoteža razine proizvodnje pomoću prekovremenog rada ili vremena mirovanja, i tako dalje. Dok su opcije kapaciteta: utjecaj na potražnju, korištenje zaostalih narudžbi tijekom razdoblja velike potražnje i kombiniranje nesezonskih proizvoda i usluga. Zadatak agregatno planiranja je ispuniti potrebe potražnje uz minimalan trošak kroz planirano vremensko razdoblje. Cilj ovog diplomskg rada je bio prikazati planiranje proizvodnje na primjeru poduzeća „Europa - stil i utvrditi na koji način se provodi planiranje u ovom poduzeću te predložiti moguća poboljšanja u planiranju.
Abstract (english)
The purpose of aggregate planning is to present the overall overview of production, actually production of products in a certain time, also aggregate planning provides insight into the organization of all available resources. Aggregate planning usually refers to a time period of 2 to 12 months, although a time period of 18 months may also apply. Companies make capacity decisions at three levels: long-term, medium-term and short-term. Aggregate planning are medium-term decisions they are made by operations managers. Planning is a process by which goals are defined, the situation is analyzed, assumptions are determined, alternative directions of activities are formed, and the most suitable ones are evaluated and selected. There are several methods of aggregate planning, graphic, mathematical, etc. Aggregate planning strategies can pertain to demand and capacity to obtain an acceptable production plan. For example, capacity (production) options are: changing inventory levels, using part-time workers, varying production rates through overtime or idle time, etc. While the basic demand options are: influencing demand, back ordering during high-demand periods, counterseasonal product and service mixing. The aim of aggregate planning is to satisfy demand at minimal cost over the planning period. The aim of this graduate paper was to present production planning on the example of the company „Europa – stil‟ and determine how planning is carried out in this company and suggest possible improvements in planning.
