Abstract
Ovisno o skupini proizvoda i usluga, pa i pojedinog proizvoda i usluge koji se kupuju, razvijeni su brojni modeli ponašanja pri kupnji i donošenja odluke o kupnji. Radi učinkovitosti prodaje potrebno je razmotriti donošenje odluke o kupnji za svaki pojedini proizvod ili uslugu. Proces donošenja odluke o kupnji odvija se u pet koraka, a to su svijest o potrebi, pronalaženje informacija, procjena mogućih alternativa, odluka o kupovini i ponašanje nakon kupovine. Svaki od koraka je važan kako bi se donijela konačna odluka o kupovini i svaki korak se sastoji od određenih elemenata.
Abstract (english)
Depending on the group of products and services, as well as the individual product and service being purchased, numerous models of buying behavior and purchasing decisionmaking have been developed. For sales efficiency, it is necessary to consider making a purchase decision for each individual product or service. The purchase decision-making process takes place in five steps, namely need awareness, finding information, evaluating possible alternatives, purchasing decisions, and post-purchase behavior. Each of the steps is important in order to make the final purchase decision and each step consists of certain elements.
