Abstract
Značaj tržišta znanja kao elementa ekonomije znanja sve više nadmašuje značaj tržišta materijalnih tokova i povećava ulogu efikasnog upravljanja znanjima. Razvoj suvremenoga gospodarstva određen je kombinacijom triju temeljnih trendova:globalizacijom, deregulacijom i eksponencijalnim rastom tehnoloških promjena. U uvjetima globalizacije opstanak i razvoj mogući su samo u organizacijama koje su ustrojene tako da mogu osigurati konstantni tijek inovacija i primjenjivog znanja na kojem se temelji uvođenje novih proizvoda i usluga. Znanje u suvremenom svijetu zauzima ključnu ulogu i sve više postaje važan resurs u poslovanju. Koncept upravljanja znanjem postaje stalni proces u organizacijama te jedna od temeljnih tehnika modernog menadžmenta koja organizacijama osigurava izgradnju uspješnosti. Pod pojmom organizacije koja uči razumijeva se učenje na svim razinama organizacije, cjeloživotno usavršavanje i razvoj svih zaposlenika i same organizacije. Može se reći da su upravljanje znanjem i organizacija koja uči u najužoj međusobnoj vezi, a samo one organizacije koje stalno uče i spremne su na izazove i promjene imaju mogućnost opstanka te sigurnu budućnost.
Abstract (english)
Importance of the knowledge market as an element of knowledge-based economy exceeds more and more the significance of the material flows market and increases the role of effective knowledge management. The development of the modern economy is determined by a combination of three basic trends: globalisation, deregulation, and exponential increase in technological change. Under the conditions of globalisation, the survival and development is only possible in organisations providing a constant fl ow of innovation and applied knowledge on which the introduction of new products and services is based. Knowledge in modern world captures a key role and it's increasingly becoming an important resource in busines. The concept of knowledge management becomes a permanent and usual process in organizations and one of the basic technique of modern management which ensures a success for the companies. Under the concept of learning organization is asume learning in each company's level, lifetime improvement, development of all employees and organization themselves. It can be argued that knowledge management and learning organization are closely related to each other and only those organizations prepared for constantly learning, challenges and changes, have the ability of existence with secure future.
