Abstract
Analizom financijskih izvješća dobiva se uvid u informacije koje omogućavaju uvid u poslovanje promatranog poduzeća. Prilikom analiziranja moguće je utvrditi prethodno poslovanje poduzeća te prilike i ograničenja za buduće poslovne planove i projekte. Fokus ovoga rada usmjeren je na analizu poslovanja Tvornice ulja Čepin d.d., prerađivačkoproizvodnog poduzeća u Republici Hrvatskoj, čiji je primarni predmet poslovanja proizvodnja suncokretovog ulja. U radu su teorijski objašnjeni i praktično primijenjeni postupci analize financijskih izvještaja Tvornice ulja Čepin za razdoblje od 2016. do 2019. godine. Temeljni financijski izvještaji koji su subjekti analize su bilanca i račun dobiti i gubitka, uz financijske pokazatelje likvidnosti, zaduženosti, aktivnosti, ekonomičnosti, profitabilnosti i investiranja. Za detaljniji uvid u poslovanje, provedena je i analiza snaga, prilika, slabosti i prijetnji (SWOT) analiza Tvornice ulja Čepin. Osnovni cilj rada je analizirati poslovanje Tvornice ulja Čepin d.d. kroz kvantitativni prikaz kretanja stavki računa dobiti i gubitka i bilance, te nastalih promjena u njihovim postotnim udjelima tijekom promatranog razdoblja, uz pomoć temeljnih instrumenata i postupaka analize financijskih izvješća. Svrha rada je temeljem provedenih analiza pružiti zaključak o uspješnosti poslovanja poduzeća Tvornice ulja Čepin. Provedene analize dovode do zaključka kako poslovanje tvornice za razdoblje 2016. do 2019. godine ima pozitivne trendove. Navedeno potvrđuju pozitivni financijski rezultati ostvareni tijekom promatranog razdoblja.
Abstract (english)
The analysis of the financial statements provides insight into the information that provides insight into the operations of the observed company. During the analysis, it is possible to determine the previous business of the company as well as the opportunities and limitations for future business plans and projects. The focus of this paper is on the analysis of the business of Čepin oil factory d.d., a processing and production company in the Republic of Croatia, whose primary business is the production of sunflower oil. The paper theoretically explains and practically applies the procedures for analyzing financial statements of the Čepin oil factory for the period from 2016 to 2019. The basic financial statements that are the subjects of the analysis are the balance sheet and income statement, with financial indicators of liquidity, indebtedness, activity, economy, profitability and investment. For a more detailed insight into the business, an analysis of strenghts, opportunities, weaknesses and threats (SWOT) analysis of the Čepin oil factory was conducted. The main goal of this paper is to analyze the business of Tvornica ulja Čepin d.d. through a quantitative presentation of the movement of items in the income statement and balance sheet, and changes in their percentages during the observed period, using the basic instruments and procedures of analysis of financial statements. The purpose of this paper is to provide a conclusion on the success of the company Tvornice ulja Čepin based on the conducted analyzes. The conducted analyzes lead to the conclusion that the factory's operations for the period 2016 to 2019 have positive trends. This is confirmed by the positive financial results achieved during the observed period.
