Abstract
Organizacije koje posluju u današnjim vremenima suočavaju se s raznim promjenama tijekom poslovanja jer okolina u kojoj posluju postaje sve složenija. Okolina je sve konkurentnija te se organizacije teško uklapaju i stječu tržišni udio, a poznato je da je tržište najvažniji organizacijski čimbenik koji se može odrediti sudbinu cijele organizacije. Osim što se moraju pratiti želje i potrebe tržišta, vrlo je važno pratiti konkurenciju i njihovo poslovanje i pokušavati postati što bolji konkurent. Organizacijama se mogu dogoditi krizne situacije na tržištu, primjerice da proizvodi ili usluge nisu prihvaćeni od strane kupaca i potrošača. Također se može dogoditi kriva procjena troškova proizvodnje što dovodi do neekonomičnosti gdje su rashodi veći od prihoda i dugoročno gledano za organizaciju nije dobro. Upravo zbog takvih problema dolazi do promjena koje su nužne ako organizacija želi opstati. Što se tiče objekta promjene, to mogu biti promjene u strukturi, promjene zaposlenih, tehnološke promjene i posljednje, no jednako važne su promjene proizvoda i usluga koje se daljnje kroz ovaj završni rad detaljnije obrađuju. Od objekta koji prolazi kroz promjene, promjene proizvoda i usluga su ponekad jedino rješenje za opstanak organizacije. Takve promjene se provode kroz inoviranje i usavršavanje postojećih proizvoda ili usluga te lansiranje novih proizvoda i usluga na postojeća ili nova tržišta.
Abstract (english)
Organizations that do business today face various changes as the environment in which they operate becomes increasingly complex. The atmosphere is increasingly competitive, and organizations find it challenging to fit in and gain market share, and it is known that the market is the most critical organizational factor that can determine the fate of the entire organization. Therefore, in addition to monitoring the wishes and needs of the market, it is essential to watch the competition and their business and try to become a better competitor. Organizational crises can occur in organizations For example, products or services are not accepted by customers and consumers. Then there is a miscalculation of production costs, leading to inefficiencies where expenses are higher than revenues, which is unsuitable for the organization in the long run. Because of such problems, the necessary change occurs if an organization wants to survive. As far as the object of change is concerned, these can be changes in structure, changes in employees, technological changes, etc. Still, equally essential changes in products and services are further processed in more detail through this final paper. From a facility changing, changes to products and services are sometimes the only solution to an organization’s survival. Such changes are implemented through innovation and improvement of existing products or services and the launch of new products and services in existing or new markets.
