Abstract
Trgovina je najstarija djelatnost onoga koji kupuje i prodaje robu, koja povezuje i pospješuje odnose među gospodarskim subjektima. Smatra se okosnicom ekonomskoga razvoja, a sastoji se u razvijanju, nabavljanju, skladištenju i ostalim funkcijama koje omogućuje najbržu i najuspješniju povezanost proizvođača i potrošača. Trgovina se dijeli na: trgovinu na malo i veliko. Trgovina na malo je prodaja robe i usluga potrošačima te se opskrbljuje od proizvođača i trgovine na veliko, a trgovina na... More veliko bavi se prodajom robe velikim potrošačima. Da bi se trgovina shvatila kao gospodarska djelatnost potrebno je izučavanje njezinih funkcija i institucija, a institucije su subjekti kao nositelji tržišnih učinaka. Trgovinska mreža je pojam za sve trgovinske poslovne jedinice, a obuhvaća sva trgovinska poduzeća i radnje, skladišta, otkupne stanice, prodavaonice i poslovnice. Less

Trade is the oldest activity of the one who buys and sells goods, which connects and promotes relations between economic entities. It is considered the backbone of economic development, and consists of development, procurement, storage and other functions that enable the fastest and the most successful connection between producers and consumers. Trade is divided into: retail and wholesale. Retail trade is the sale of goods and services to consumers and is supplied by producers and... More wholesalers, and wholesale trade is engaged in the sale of goods to large consumers. In order to understand trade as an economic activity, it is necessary to study its functions and institutions, and institutions are subjects as bearers of market effects.
