Abstract
Komunikacijske vještine su među najvažnijim vještinama kako u svakodnevnom životu, tako i u poslovnom svijetu. Cilj ovog završnog rada je u prvom redu prikazati osnovna obilježja poslovne komunikacije te objasniti važnost učinkovite poslovne komunikacije budući da organizacija bez komunikacije ne može ići prema ostvarenju svojih ciljeva. Povratna veza je završna komponenta i jedan od najvažnijih čimbenika u procesu komunikacije Cilj rada je pobliže pojasniti pojam povratne veze i pojasniti njen značaj u komunikacijskom procesu na organizacijskog razini. Povratna veza u poslovnoj komunikaciji je vrlo važan faktor pri motivaciji zaposlenika jer je poznavanje rezultata vlastitog rada jedan od najmoćnijih i najdjelotvornijih motivacijskih pristupa.
Abstract (english)
Communication skills are among the most important skills both in everyday life and in the business world. The goal of this final paper is to first of all present the basic characteristics of business communication and explain the importance of effective business communication, since an organization without communication can not move towards achieving its goals. Feedback is the final component and one of the most important factors in the communication process. The aim of the paper is to clarify the concept of feedback and clarify its importance in the communication process at the organizational level. Feedback in business communication is a very important factor in employee motivation, because knowing the results of one's own work is one of the most powerful and effective motivational approaches.
